Our MISD was notified by Dr. Lokar (Macomb County Health Department) that the Health Department will not have enough vaccine to facilitate any school-based Vaccination Clinics in the month of November. He indicated that CDC has informed the Health Department they cannot provide them with enough vaccine. Therefore, Macomb's November school vaccination clinics will have to be canceled for all ages.  A letter of explanation from Dr. Lokar will soon be available and will be posted on this web page.  Parents will be advised of future arrangements as soon as they are available.
