The Fall 2009 10th grade Computer Science students and teacher Mrs. Carlson participated in a special Artist in Residency program with Denise Dawson of Leaping Lizards, Ltd.
Participants explored design, animation and scripting using Adobe Photoshop and Flash. The final project was to design and build a Network or Channel working in 4 - 5 member teams. The teams consisted of a team leader, animation director, production artist, writer/producer and programmer.
Each team was responsible for designing the interactive stage, three buttons. Additionally each team storyboarded and created an Identity (ID) animation and a promo animation about the theme of their network/channel.
